Remote Patient Management

  • Alert Management: Our experienced remote clinical support team can support your clinic by providing triage and review of detected alerts. Clear, concise communication to you and your team with an alert summary and attached report. 
  • LATITUDETM Data On Demand*: Ability to provide data for those patients on remote patient monitoring (RPM) to facilitate timely assessment in a point of care environment such as ED, hospital ward, pre/post surgery, or radiation centre. 
  • RhythmCARE Assist+:  Extra support to ensure your patients’ adherence to remote patient monitoring (RPM), identifying disconnections early on, automatically reaching out to your patients via SMS/phone calls to get them reconnected, thus ensuring continuous care and engagement.
