Boston Scientific ANZ wins MTAA Women in MedTech Company Champion Award 2024
We are thrilled to announce that Boston Scientific has been honored with the prestigious Women in MedTech Company Champion Award at the 2024 Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) Industry Awards.
This accolade recognizes Boston Scientific’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment where women can thrive and lead and EMPOWHER is proud to have played a role along with our leadership, human resources team and everyone that has supported and valued women empowerment.
4 years ago, Boston Scientific launched our EMPOWHER Employee Resource Group, expanded programs aimed at attracting and developing women and engaged employees around the importance of Diversity, Inclusion, Community, Equity and Environment.
In 2024, Boston Scientific received Great Place To Work Australia (GPTW) certification and has been named as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces for Women by GPTW for 2023.
