All three cohorts showed 100% acute PVs isolated, though lesion durability varied significantly at remap (~3 months). Acute isolation alone is not enough to assure durable lesions — remapping data, clinically demonstrates that the optimised biphasic waveforms were 96% durable at 3 months using the FARAPULSE™ Pulsed Field Ablations systems dosing and application workflow .1
