Raising the PRIDE Flag to advance LGBTQ+ inclusion at Boston Scientific ANZ

Our global employee resource groups (ERGs) are at the heart of our diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. Our nine global ERGs are formed across specific dimensions of diversity to offer employees important opportunities to meet, learn and grow outside their day-to-day jobs. Each group has an executive sponsor who champions their work and ERG global leaders meet quarterly with the Boston Scientific Executive Committee and DE&I team members on our Global Council for Inclusion.

PRIDE is the Boston Scientific Employee Resource Group (ERG), a welcoming network of employees and allies that represents the LGBTQ+ community.

Diversity is one of Boston Scientific's core values, so the PRIDE ERG is a true reflection of our organisation's commitment to ensuring LGBTQ+ employees and allies truly feel welcome, valued and represented.

Representation of the LGBTQ+ community at Boston Scientific improves professional fulfilment by inspiring everyone to be themselves. The PRIDE ERG is making great progress towards our vision of Boston Scientific being a thriving, inclusive community where all LGBTQ+ employees are inspired to bring their authentic self to work.
